Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. Well the same goes down there for guys.....imagine having a prostectic part. So go to bed without it.

Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.
DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
Peaple who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.
DON'T SLEEP WITH OTHERS' WIFE OR HUSBAND
You may never wake up again. >.<

Um, I just knew that i busy rushing to meet up with my friend today
(Hang up with Wen, PP, Hui, Kun, & ivan to singK)
Kun will wait for me at Kerana Jaya LRT station.
He told me he will come to fetch me on 2.30pm
But i have to go KLCC to make my H/phone payment before going to Kerana Jaya
That's why i rushing out & never take my lunch >.< (Pity hor?)
I never late for that day & reached Kerana Jaya LRT station on time
However, Kun makes me disappointed. Sobs..
I wait for him around 45mins >.<
(Why i have to rushing out today? T_T So extra >.<)
*Me saw Linda while i going out to take LRT, that's not 1st time already, the fate make us stick together..haha*

V is for V.I.P. It's easy to take that Very Important Person in your life for granted. But no matter how comfortable you are with him or her, everyone wants to feel special and appreciated. This Valentine's Day, show your gratitude for your loved one by buying some "bling-bling" or wooing them with good food and great company.
A is for AGE. Love has no age limit. People discover love at any age. Even if you're 60, there's no reason to stop showing affection for your partner. Valentine's Day isn't only for adolescents. Just remember to remove your dentures if you're planning a mind-blowing kiss!!
L is for LOVE. How often do you tell your partner "I Love You"? If you can't say it, at least show it by sharing and caring. N is for NIFTY gifts. Roses are Passe, chocolates are mundane. Give her something money can't buy like settling her credit card bills. Or write her a cheque to help pay off this month's phone bills. After all, most of the calls she makes are to you!!
E is for EXPENSIVE. Valentine's Day doesn't have to rob you of your ang pow collection. If movie dates are expensive, turn your room into a makeshift cinema. If ice cream parlours are pricey,make your own cold delights and dress them up with chocolate sprinkles and nuts. if a gourmet dinner is out of the question, settle for a homemade meal with all her favorite dishes.
